These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all projects, services, and client relationships between Northstar Creatives (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and our clients (“Client” or “you”). By commissioning our services, you agree to these Terms.
Northstar Creatives provides creative direction, video production, photography, design, and related digital content services. The details of each project—including scope, deliverables, schedule, and fees—will be outlined in a written Proposal, Quote, or Project Agreement before any work begins.
A non-refundable deposit of [X%] is required to confirm all bookings and secure production dates.
The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery of the final files unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur interest at [X]% per month after the due date.
All quoted prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
All raw footage, project files, and working materials remain the sole property of Northstar Creatives unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the final delivered content strictly for the purposes defined in the Project Agreement.
Any unauthorised use, resale, or redistribution of materials beyond the agreed scope is prohibited without written permission.
Projects cancelled within [X days] of a confirmed shoot date may incur a cancellation fee of up to [X%] of the total project value.
Postponed projects are subject to additional costs if crew, equipment, or location bookings have already been confirmed and cannot be rescheduled.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward future work at Northstar Creatives’ discretion.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any non-public or proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business, creative, and personal data.
While we take every precaution to ensure a high standard of work, Northstar Creatives is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Northstar Creatives reserves the right to use completed work for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolio display, showreels, website content, social media, and award submissions.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that region.
By engaging Northstar Creatives for creative or production services, signing a Project Agreement, or commissioning any work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
